When I want to take a CBD tablet, do I need take it with water or food?
Simple. You can simply take them with water like any normal tablet when you need them. It is not necessary to take it with food. Our tablets are all natural and gentle yet very effective.
When I experience discomfort, how often do I take the CBD tablets?
Take 1-2 “Relief 25” CBD-tablet when you experience discomfort. According to our experience, the effect may last several hours. Repeat after a few hours for as long as needed.
If I want to rest better at night, when and how do I take the “Relax 25” CBD-tablets?
About 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, take 1-2 “Relax 25” CBD tablets with water.
What are these tablets good for?

How do I give “PAW Health” CBD tablets to my dog?
Our dog KEO loves his slice of salami, so we wrap his tablet into the salami…..
You can wrap it in a favorite chew or favorite treat, or ground up and mixed in with the dog food. “PAW Health” is odorless and tasteless.
How many CBD tablets do I give to my pet?
For a smaller dog or cat, we recommend to start with LITTLE PAW which is 10 mg of CBD. Give them 1 tablet a day for a week, in the morning with some of their favorite food or treats. .
For a medium size dog (30-50 lbs) we recommend 2 LITTLE PAW a day, one CBD tablet in the morning, one CBD tablet at night.
For larger dogs (like Keo the boxer), we recommend the BIG PAW tablet. Adjust to the size of your dog for 1-2 tablets daily.
Are there any side effects?
OKEO CBD tablets are from organically grown hemp and all natural. Customers tell us that they do not experience side effects like they do with other tablets like NSAIDs. CBD tablets are usually completely safe if taken 1 or 2 at a time. We recommend to not take more than 2 tablets at any one time.
